Morocco’s Hakimi Warns Spain: ’Be Afraid’ Ahead of World Cup Clash

Spain should expect a tough game against Morocco, warned Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi, according to whom the Atlas Lions intend to create a surprise at this World Cup.
According to the Moroccan defender, Morocco deserves "respect and consideration" just for the fact of having reached the round of 16 by taking the lead in Group F. The Atlas Lions are playing to win and will not bow down to their opponent.
"We were first in the group, and I think we already deserve a little respect. I think Spain knows that, and they should be a little afraid of us."
For the PSG right-back, the two teams have the same chances and Spain’s record in the World Cup does not worry Morocco, which wants to "rewrite history".
