Morocco’s Hakim Ziyech Lists Luxury Amsterdam Apartment for €2.7 Million

Hakim Ziyech’s luxurious apartment, located in the business district of Amsterdam, is for sale. The Moroccan star hopes to make a good deal out of this sale, as he intends to sell it for 2.7 million euros, a little more than its purchase price.
Upon his arrival in Amsterdam in 2016 from Twente, Hakim Ziyech, the Moroccan football star, treated himself to a high-end apartment located above a building in the highly coveted business district of the Dutch Venice.
Three years after its acquisition, this luxurious apartment, decorated with care and aesthetics, is for sale, according to the Dutch economic magazine, Quote.
The video that follows the announcement shows all the splendor and luxury in which the residence purchased in December 2016 for 1.86 million euros and whose current selling price is 2.7 million euros, a nice capital gain of 800,000 euros for the player.
In the description of the apartment, the site evokes a "gray and unimaginative" interior and emphasizes the space offered by the apartment, as well as the amenities of the residence, mainly a swimming pool, a gym and a concierge service.
Tipped for a departure last summer, Hakim Ziyech ultimately stayed at Ajax and even renewed his contract until 2022. But perhaps the Atlas Lion, still tracked by prestigious European clubs, will leave Amsterdam well before the expiration of his commitment.
