Tottenham Eyes Moroccan Star Ziyech as Potential Eriksen Replacement
The Moroccan international, Hakim Ziyech, is coveted by the management of Tottenham. The Moroccan prodigy could join the English club, which is currently looking for players to strengthen its attack.
According to the English media, Tottenham officials are determined to secure the services of the Moroccan national team star to replace the Dane Christian Eriksen, one of their best players.
The latter, according to the same sources, would have already expressed to his managers his desire to leave the English club in June 2020, when his contract is due to expire.
To recruit Hakim Ziyech, the English club must dig into its wallet. According to the English press, Tottenham plans to make an offer to Ajax Amsterdam very quickly in an attempt to position itself in the race.
However, the best player in the Eredivisie, whose contract with the Dutch club runs until 2022, is now worth more than the 30 million euros, and several other clubs, including Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, have shown interest.
