Morocco Expatriates Land Titles Monitoring System 2026
The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) is deploying exceptional measures for Moroccans residing abroad. This summer initiative aims to accelerate their real estate procedures and secure their properties.
Remote monitoring has become an absolute priority. Through the digital platform "Mohafadati," MRE property owners now receive immediate alerts, via SMS or email, whenever any modification is made to their land title. To support this digitalization, an exclusive green line (080002016) collects feedback from the diaspora. In parallel, the administration has appointed two senior officials from its general inspection as official liaisons responsible for handling complex cases in direct coordination with the Kingdom’s Ombudsman institution.
