Morocco Eases Travel Rules: No COVID Tests for Outbound Flights, PCR Required for Entry

The government has introduced new entry conditions to Morocco. New details have been provided on the access conditions for these special flights launched from July 15 onwards.
In a press release published on its website on July 11, 2020, the national airline explains that passengers taking its flights departing from Morocco are exempt from tests. They must first inform themselves about the health requirements imposed by the countries of their final destination and comply with them.
These passengers must also meet the conditions put in place by the Moroccan government as part of this operation. For flights to Morocco, passengers are required to present a negative PCR test dated less than 48 hours and a serological test, with the exception of children under 11 years of age.
To recall, flights departing from Morocco are open to Moroccans residing abroad and their families, to foreigners residing or non-residing in the kingdom and their families, to Moroccan students enrolled in universities abroad. They are also open to business people as well as citizens required to travel abroad for medical treatment, provided they have an exceptional authorization issued by the prefecture of their province.
