Morocco Eases Entry Rules for Expats from ’B List’ Countries, PCR Test Still Required

MREs from countries on the B list no longer need prior authorization to enter Morocco. This announcement was made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad.
Morocco is further facilitating the return of MREs. Those coming from countries on the B list are no longer required to obtain special authorization from embassies or consulates to enter Moroccan territory. The other conditions, presenting a negative PCR test less than 48 hours before the date of entry into the national territory, submitting to a 10-day health isolation in a hotel structure, are however maintained.
This Sunday, King Mohammed VI ordered all stakeholders in the air and maritime transport sector to practice reasonable prices in order to facilitate the return of MREs.
