Morocco Eases Border Restrictions for Sebta Residents with Partial Vaccination

From Tuesday to Friday, nearly 700 citizens of Sebta were allowed to cross the border with Morocco without presenting a complete vaccination certificate (three doses of the Covid-19 vaccine).
A total of 671 residents of Sebta have been allowed to cross the Tarajal border with only two doses of the Covid vaccine. Since Tuesday, the authorities of the autonomous city have set up a special service to check and validate the vaccination documents of travelers who are in this situation in order to allow them to travel to Morocco, reports El Faro de Ceuta.
The procedure can be carried out from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 14:00, by appointment to be made on the website of the autonomous city. Interested persons must present with all the original vaccination documents.
In a statement released on Saturday, the government delegation asked all travelers, residing in Sebta or in transit in the city to Morocco, to have their administrative and health documents checked and regularized in order to avoid problems at the border.
