Morocco Drawn in Group A for 2023 FIFA U17 World Cup in Indonesia
The Moroccan U17 national team will compete in Group A at the World Cup in this category, scheduled from November 10 to December 2, 2023, in Indonesia.
The Moroccans will face host Indonesia, Ecuador and Panama, according to the draw that took place today in Zurich, Switzerland.
The Atlas Cubs had qualified for the World Cup after their run at the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) that took place in Algeria. They had lost in the final against Senegal.
Here are the groups of the U17 World Cup:
• Group A: Indonesia (host country), Ecuador, Panama, Morocco.
• Group B: Spain, Canada, Mali, Uzbekistan.
• Group C: Brazil, Iran, New Caledonia, England.
• Group D: Japan, Poland, Argentina, Senegal.
• Group E: France, Burkina Faso, Republic of Korea, United States.
• Group F: Mexico, Germany, Venezuela, New Zealand.
