Morocco Denies Rumors of Fuel Exports to France, Minister Confirms Stable Petroleum Stocks

Rumors about the shipment to France of the fuel stock intended for Morocco are false, according to the Minister of Energy Transition, Leila Benali, who finally reacted to the controversy.
Questioned in parliament about the alleged export of the stock of petroleum products from TotalEnergies in Morocco to France, the minister stated that this information is unfounded.
The stock of petroleum products of the oil distribution companies operating in Morocco has not undergone any change, she reassured, stressing that her department monitors the daily status of the Moroccan stock and the supply programs of the distribution companies.
No local operator in the sector has made a withdrawal of the stock of petroleum products to abroad, she affirmed.
