Morocco’s Dairy Industry Expands with $16 Million Investment from AJP and Land’Or

The Moroccan company, Ago Juice Processing (AJP), and the Tunisian company, Land’Or SA, want to make heavy investments in the dairy sector. They have concluded two agreements with the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green Economy and Digital.
The first agreement focuses on the expansion of the Ago Juice Processing (AJP) unit, based in Meknes. The company will invest 45.3 million DH and create 120 direct jobs. The objective of this agreement is to increase the UHT processing capacity and launch the production of new products, including flavored milk.
The second agreement concerns the establishment of an industrial unit in Kenitra, specialized in cheese making by the Tunisian company, Land’Or SA. In total, a global amount of 120 million dirhams will be invested to strengthen the group’s growth, improve its international competitiveness and create 120 direct jobs.
