Morocco’s COVID-19 Cases Surge to 2,990 with 135 New Infections

135 new cases of contamination were recorded in Morocco on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 10 a.m. This brings the total to 2,990 infected people.
The number of cured cases stands at 340 with 13 new remissions, while the number of deaths has reached 143, the Ministry of Health said on the "covidmaroc.ma" portal.
Furthermore, the total number of cases excluded after negative analysis results carried out in the laboratory stands at 12,746.
