Morocco’s Ex-Coach Zaki Denies FRMF Salary Rumors, Confirms Nigeria Contract

The former coach of the Moroccan national football team, Baddou Zaki, has just reacted to the rumors that his salary would be paid by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
In a statement to Hesport, Zaki categorically denied these allegations, describing them as unfounded, specifying that it was the Nigerian Football Federation that had directly approached him for this position, leading to the signing of a contract after discussions and the definition of clear objectives.
Zaki also mentioned similar rumors when he was leading the Sudanese national team, where his salary was allegedly paid by Saudi Arabia. He stressed the absurdity of these assumptions, implying that such rumors could be repeated with other national teams, such as Qatar.
On the other hand, a source within the FRMF informed the same source that the statement from the Nigerian Federation had been misinterpreted. The latter expressed its gratitude to the FRMF for its assistance to more than forty African countries, particularly by facilitating access to Moroccan sports infrastructure.
