Morocco Coach Sets Sights on 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Victory

Walid Regragui, the coach of the Moroccan national football team, has expressed his determination to win the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which will be held at home.
During his appearance on the Talents d’Afrique show on Canal Plus, he spoke of the importance of this challenge and the team’s desire to shine in front of their home crowd.
"I know there is work to be done and that all the teams are preparing greatly to face us," he said, noting that each match after the 2022 World Cup will be more difficult.
Despite this, the coach remains confident. "We are working to win the Africa Cup of Nations that will be held in Morocco, and we have the right to do so, because we have the talent and all the necessary capabilities," he affirmed.
Regragui also mentioned the importance of strengthening the team. "We still have some shortcomings, but we will correct them by integrating certain players who will join the national team," he said.
The coach also reiterated the main objective: "Winning the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which will be held in Morocco, is our goal. Everyone has seen how the Ivorian team won the title at home, and this is also what we aspire to."
