Morocco Coach Regragui Aims for World Cup Victory for Africa and Arab Nations

Semi-finalist with Morocco at the 2022 World Cup held from November 20 to December 18, 2022 in Qatar, the coach of the national team Walid Regragui dreams big.
"The Moroccan national team will prove to the world that there is an African and Arab team capable of winning the World Cup. With your trust and support, we will succeed," said Walid Regragui during a ceremony organized at the headquarters of Sky News Arabia in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Morocco is the first African and Arab country to reach the semi-finals of the World Cup. In Qatar, they finished fourth in this competition.
During the event, the channel awarded the coach of the Moroccan team the distinction of best Arab coach of the year. The first African and Arab coach to have been ranked (3rd) for the best coach in the world by IFFHS took the opportunity to thank King Mohammed VI for his support. Not forgetting to thank all the Muslims and Africans around the world for their encouragement during the 2022 World Cup.
