Morocco Approves 8 COVID Vaccines for International Travelers

The National Airports Office (ONDA) has published again the vaccines authorized in Morocco for travelers to the kingdom. There are eight of them.
AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Sputnik, Pfizer/BioNTech, Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Covishield (Serum Institute of India), Moderna and Sinovac. These are the eight vaccines accepted in Morocco. Travelers who have received doses of these vaccines are allowed to enter Moroccan territory.
In Morocco, a person is considered fully vaccinated after two weeks of the last required dose (one dose for single-dose vaccines and two for two-dose vaccines), the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
The kingdom is continuing its vaccination campaign against the coronavirus. Its Covid-19 vaccination and test certificates are now considered equivalent to those issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/953. A decision taken by the European Commission on Wednesday, September 15. It aims to facilitate the exercise of the right to free movement within the European Union.
