Morocco Announces 2022-2023 School Calendar: Classes Begin September 5

The calendar for the 2022-2023 school year for primary, middle, secondary education and the higher technician certificate (BTS) has been published by the ministry in charge of Education. Here are the details.
The school year will begin on September 1 and end in mid-July 2023, a ministry statement said, stressing that the slogan for this year is: "All for a quality school for all."
The administrative staff will therefore have to resume on September 1, the teaching staff will follow on September 2 while the students will join their classes from Monday, September 5 for the primary, preparatory and secondary levels. Non-formal education courses will resume on October 3, the document specifies.
For the baccalaureate exams, the Ministry of National Education announces the dates of June 6 to 7 for the Scientific and Technical branch and June 9 and 10 for the Literary branch. The exams for the second session are set from July 5 to 8, 2023. The exams for the first year of the baccalaureate are scheduled, all branches combined, for May 29 and 30, 2023.
