Morocco Aims to Extend World Cup Qualifying Dominance Against Struggling Zambia

After largely dominating Niger (5-0) last Friday, Morocco faces Zambia this Monday as part of the 8th round of the 2026 World Cup African qualifiers, scheduled from June 11 to July 19, 2026 in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The Atlas Lions will cross swords with the Chipolopolo today. A duel with different stakes. Morocco, the first African nation already qualified for the 2026 World Cup, will seek to confirm its dominance, its position as leader and to continue its good run. Walid Regragui’s protégés have so far been flawless in Group E. In contrast, Zambia, currently third with 6 points, will try to save face.
The match between Morocco and Zambia will take place on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 2 pm (Moroccan time) and 3 pm in France and Belgium, on the pitch of the Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola. This match can be followed live on the Moroccan channel Arryadia and the FIFA+ platform (free live).
