Moroccans with Spanish Transit Documents Barred from Entering Morocco at Ceuta Border

Many Moroccans have been denied entry to Morocco. The reason is that the Spanish transit title is no longer recognized.
At the origin of this situation, the decision of the Moroccan authorities to prohibit the entry into Morocco of many Moroccans coming from the enclave of Ceuta, reports the local site El Faro de Ceuta. Yet they all have a "travel document", the precious passport to access both countries.
These Moroccans have been facing this situation since December 21, the same source indicates. "They prevented me from entering Morocco without giving me an explanation," says Khalid to the Iberian media.
However, "this document has been used for years. Our parents and grandparents used it to go to Mecca and I even traveled to Brussels with it," laments Khalid, who is one of the 350 Moroccans who have benefited from this travel document.
