Moroccan Woman Dies After Consuming Unproven Natural Remedy for COVID-19

A 33-year-old Moroccan woman died in Témara. She would have consumed a large amount of cloves and lemons to avoid infection with the new coronavirus.
The young woman died after being hospitalized for about ten days at the Ibn Sina University Hospital. She was taken care of because of acute inflammation in the stomach, reports Al3omk.
According to her attending physician, natural remedies would be the cause of this tragedy.
For now, the World Health Organization (WHO) has not yet authorized any coronavirus treatment by natural or chemical remedy. Only the use of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine is recommended in the treatment of covid-19.
