Moroccan Woman Delivers Baby Mid-Flight on Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Chicago

While she was with her husband on a plane connecting Istanbul to Chicago on the Turkish Airlines airline, a Moroccan woman gave birth to a baby boy.
A Moroccan woman became a mother in the air somewhere between Istanbul and Chicago. The events took place on Monday, September 27. In mid-flight, the woman felt contractions, reports the Turkish agency Anadolu. A neurosurgeon immediately joined her following an emergency call from the commercial flight crew.
