Moroccan Vlogger in Turkey Pleads for Help Amid Alleged Domestic Abuse

A Moroccan vlogger residing in Turkey says she is a victim of repeated domestic violence and is asking the Moroccan authorities for legal and social support.
In several videos posted on her Instagram account, "Ghizou", a Moroccan vlogger recounts the hell her Turkish husband is putting her through, the "injustice" and "abuse" she has faced as a "Moroccan woman living in a foreign country". With a face covered in scars and bruises... Ghizou says she is a victim of repeated domestic violence. She also accuses her husband of stealing 40 million dirhams (nearly $4 million) from her and taking control of her two businesses.
Exasperated, she once tried to commit suicide during a livestream on the same social network. She claims she was arrested and mistreated by the Turkish authorities after denouncing her husband. She will add that the authorities have also threatened to take away her two daughters (she had one with her current spouse and the other from a previous union) and deport her to Morocco. "The Turkish judicial system will not do me justice," she despairs. This is why she has, in her latest live on Instagram, called on the Moroccan consulate in Turkey to intervene and provide her with legal assistance.
"I live in a state of terror and paranoia," she assures, claiming that she receives constant threats from her husband and his friends.
