The Shems Moon villa located in a mountain village a few minutes from Marrakech ranks 13th in the ranking of the 14 best vacation homes of the year 2025, established by the accommodation provider Vrbo. The latter carried out its ranking by taking into account the "exceptional customer reviews" and the "exceptional equipment" of these houses.

Vrbo describes Shems Moon as an elegant villa that can accommodate up to 38 people in a sumptuous setting. Travelers are invited to enjoy massage sessions and the swimming pool. The cost of the stay starts at 85 euros per person per night.

The Natterjack manor, Lancashire (UK), a contemporary house with vast living spaces, tops the 14 best vacation homes of the year 2025. It is followed by other manors built in the UK: Hermitage House (Lancashire) 2nd, Quarry House, Devon, 3rd, The Cosh, Cotswolds, 4th and Smithycroft, Somerset, 5th.
