Moroccan Tourism Board Launches Virtual "Marketing Days" Event to Boost Sector Recovery

The Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) is multiplying initiatives to fight the pandemic crisis that is weighing down the tourism sector. By putting words into action, it is organizing the "Tourism Marketing Days" on Tuesday, October 27.
This B2B event, which is in its second edition, will take place in a semi-face-to-face format. Thus, some of the participants will be present on the set and the public will be able to attend the discussions, and the second part will participate in the event by videoconference. At the same time, other participants will be able to take part in the event remotely with the possibility of asking questions to the speakers, the Office said in a press release relayed by La Map.
The CEO of ONMT, Adel El Fakir, also stressed that this event is of particular importance in the current context. It will allow us to work together on best practices and strategies, in order to equip all the operators in the sector. Continuing, he stated that each one is developing its roadmap from a commercial and marketing point of view, to prepare for the recovery.
The teams of ONMT, the supervisory ministry, the National Confederation of Tourism and Royal Air Maroc will be present at this conference. Similarly, the intervention of the Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts, Air Transport and Social Economy, Nadia Fettah Alaoui and the CEO of RAM, Abdelhamid Addou, is planned.
This event will also be marked by the presence of great Moroccan and foreign experts. It should be noted that this second edition of the "Tourism Marketing Days" will see the participation of decision-makers and all the players in the sector’s value chain around the watchword: "Act, Reconquer, Now".
