Moroccan Teen’s Suicide Shocks Community Days Before National Exams

A 17-year-old girl committed suicide in her home in Tifelt. She took her own life by hanging on the terrace of the parental home in El Amal.
This tragedy, which occurred a few days before the Baccalaureate exam she was to take, has caused an uproar in the city of Tifelt. According to Barlamane, she was found at the scene of the tragedy hanging from a rope. For now, the reasons for this act remain unknown. The victim carried out her act without leaving a farewell note.
Alerted, the local authorities and security elements arrived at the scene of the tragedy. For the needs of the investigation opened by the competent prosecutor’s office, her body was evacuated to the morgue for an autopsy.
