Math Teacher’s Suicide on First Day of Ramadan Shocks Moroccan City

A mathematics teacher committed suicide by hanging in Tifelt, on the 1st day of Ramadan.
This tragedy that shook the city of Tifelt occurred as Moroccans had just begun the fasting month.
According to his neighbors, the victim, a mathematics teacher and father of 2 children, hanged himself with a rope on the roof of his house. For now, the causes of his suicide are still unclear.
Alerted, the local authorities and the police services arrived on the scene. After the usual findings, the body of the deceased was transferred to the morgue for an autopsy.
In addition, an investigation has been opened under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office to determine the ins and outs of this case.
