Moroccan Teen Migrant Praised for Returning Lost Wallet with Cash to Police in Spain

A 16-year-old Moroccan migrant living in the "Fueros" residential center in Huesca in northern Spain is currently making headlines in the local media.
As he was returning from the gym on Monday, July 27, this teenager, who has been in Spain for nearly a year, came across a wallet. "Opening it, he found 360 euros and the owner’s identity papers," says Tania Romojaro, deputy director of the "Fueros" residential center, in an interview with Heraldo.
The young Moroccan went back to the center, had his dinner, then went out "to go to the police station to deliver the lost item," she says. After the police station, the young man returned to the youth center "without saying anything to anyone."
Subsequently, the police took care of returning the wallet to the owner’s wife, the manager of a bakery that actually supplies bread to the same center, adds the same source. On the invitation of this lady, Tania Romojaro and the teenager went to her establishment. The hostess expressed her gratitude to the young Moroccan without failing to reward him.
