Moroccan Teen Critical After Shooting in Ceuta’s El Principe Neighborhood
A 17-year-old Moroccan minor was urgently transferred to the university hospital in Ceuta, after being shot during a shooting recorded in the El Parincipe neighborhood.
The residents of the neighborhood alerted the police around 6:30 pm on Saturday about a shooting, police sources told EFE, stating that the minor was hit by a bullet and had to be rushed to the Ceuta University Hospital where he is undergoing surgery.
The National Police deployed several units on site to investigate what happened and search for the bullet casings fired during the shooting. For the moment, the police are not ruling out any hypothesis, even if they estimate that the minor could have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
