At the "Global Teacher Conclave & Awards 2019" competition, organized in India, a Moroccan teacher received the "Global Teacher" Award for creating an interactive slate.
Teacher Abdellah Wahbi, who holds the position of teacher in a primary school in Tiznit, was honored in India last weekend, he shared on his Facebook account.
Working in a school in the middle of an isolated mountainous area, the teacher created an interactive slate costing no more than 600 dirhams, despite the lack of resources.
The "Global Teacher" Award is a recognition of the efforts made by the teacher, as part of the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in teaching.
