Moroccan Stylist Aicha Ayach Faces Trial in ’Hamza mon bb’ Social Media Scandal

Moroccan stylist Aicha Ayach could have her fate decided. The court of first instance in Marrakech has decided to bring the stylist’s trial to examination for her alleged involvement in the "Hamza mon bb" case.
Aicha Ayach appeared before the investigating judge on Monday and was heard on the charges against her. The verdict is expected at the end of March. Aicha Ayach, as well as the Batma sisters, are suspected of being behind the Hamza mon bb accounts on social media.
Aicha Ayach is currently in pre-trial detention at the Oudaya prison in Marrakech, along with Ibtissam Batma, the stylist. The latter was arrested in the United Arab Emirates, following an international arrest warrant issued against her by the Moroccan authorities.
