Moroccan Student Tops Sweden’s High School Rankings with Near-Perfect Score

The best high school graduate in Sweden this year is a young Moroccan. Adam Talbi, first at the national level, obtained his high school diploma with the impressive average of 19.68.
Residing in Uppsala, not far from Stockholm, the 19-year-old high school graduate is thus at the head of the 2021 high school graduates in the country. The 2M channel has looked into his journey and reports that Adam has long attended school in Casablanca, until the high school period, when he joined Sweden with his parents.
The high school graduate also shared his technique. No secrets according to him. "I’m not a student who really tends to memorize, I try to focus on the essentials and on what can be useful during the exam. Moreover, memorization is not the most important element, because it is also a matter of organization and management of one’s various activities. I don’t think focusing solely on memorization, without creating other occupations, would give positive results," says Adam.
With his high school diploma in hand, the student plans to follow a five-year civil engineering program, in the field of industry and economics. "In my last two years, I would like to specialize in energy, because a country like Morocco has a lot of potential in terms of solar energy and this can help us evolve considerably," he said.
