Native of Sefrou, a young Moroccan residing in Aisne, France, has obtained her Baccalaureate in the general economic and social (ES) stream, with an average of 20/20.

The name of Ilham El Kahllouki will be etched in the annals of the education sector in France. She obtained her baccalaureate with a 20.20 overall average, reports L’Union. The graduate attended the European High School of Villers-Cotterêts.

"When she showed me her result, I was delighted and very moved," said Wafaa Chedadi, Ilham’s mother, her teachers "confirmed that she would surely have had more than 20 if she had taken the usual final exam".

The new graduate could continue her studies at the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) in Paris. According to her mother, this is what Ilham has always wanted. "I hope she will continue her efforts and my wish for her is that she will have a job she enjoys," she adds.
