Moroccan Striker Sahraoui Exits Lille Match with Adductor Injury

Lille’s Moroccan striker Osame Sahraoui was substituted due to injury in the 61st minute of the match lost by his club against their host, FC Nantes, 1-0, on Saturday evening, as part of the 26th round of Ligue 1. The coach of the French club gives news about the Atlas Lion.
"He felt pain in his adductor again," said Bruno Genesio, Lille’s coach, at the press conference. The news is not reassuring for the time being. "I haven’t yet spoken to the doctors and physiotherapists to find out more, but yes, I can say that the situation is somewhat worrying," added the French technician.
Summoned in attack alongside Chamseddine Talbi, Hamza Igamane, Soufiane Rahimi, Youssef En-Nesyri, Abdesamad Ezzalzouli, Brahim Diaz, Amine Adli and Eliesse Ben Seghir, for the Atlas Lions’ matches against Niger and Tanzania scheduled for March 21 and 25, 2025 as part of the 2026 World Cup African qualifiers, at the Honneur Stadium in Oujda, will Sahraoui participate in the preparation camp and the matches?
