Moroccan Star Mbark Boussoufa Signs Short-Term Deal with Saudi Club Al Shabab

The Moroccan international Mbark Boussoufa is heading to Saudi Arabia, having just been recruited by the first division club Al Shabab.
The announcement was made by the president of the Saudi club Khaled Lbaltan on the Twitter account of the sports team, specifying that the contract runs until the end of the season.
Summoned to all the matches of the Atlas Lions, Mbark Boussoufa had played last year for the Emirati club Al Jariza and his name had been repeatedly mentioned at the Casablanca club Wydad.
The player had long officiated at Anderlecht (Belgium), Anji Makhatchkala and Lokomotiv Moscow (Russia) or even Gent, still in Belgium. In March 2011, the Anji Makhatchkala club had put 8 million euros on the table to recruit him and Lokomotiv Moscow 15 million euros to poach him.
