Moroccan Star Harit Scores in Marseille’s 4-2 Victory Over Saint-Étienne

The Moroccan international Amine Harit is back in force. Appointed as a starter in the confrontation between OM and Saint-Étienne, the Moroccan player scored the 4th goal, allowing his club to win (4-2).
In poor form and even under the threat of a departure from the Marseille club in recent weeks, Amine Harit now seems to be taking advantage of all opportunities to prove that he remains a talented player. With this goal scored against Saint-Étienne, the Atlas Lion currently has three goals in Ligue 1 and one in the Coupe de France this season, in addition to two assists.
The 24-year-old player joined OM last summer from Schalke 04, after the latter’s relegation. A few weeks ago, his lack of performance had pushed the officials to consider parting with him this summer, but his recent performances could work in his favor.
In a recent interview, Amine Harit had confessed that he had no idea what he wanted and what direction his professional career would take. "My future? Honestly, I’m not into that. It’s my agent who manages it. Me, I’m on the field. It’s already difficult when you don’t play. Now I have playing time, so it’s better for me to focus on the game. The discussions will inevitably come at the end of the season, so we’ll see at that time," he had said.
