Moroccan Star Hakim Ziyech Sells Dutch Lakeside Villa for €7 Million, Doubling Investment

Hakim Ziyech has sold his luxurious villa located on the Vinkeveen lakes for around 7 million euros. A good deal for the Galatasaray player who had acquired it for less than 4 million euros.
The Moroccan international bought this manor in March 2020 for "a little less than 3.9 million euros," according to Quote. At the time, he was still playing for Ajax. But a few months later that same year, he had joined Chelsea. Four years later, he finally sells this gem for 6,966,000 euros, more than double its purchase price.
The villa was built in 2009 on an area of 515 square meters on a domain of a total area of 3,560 square meters. It has an outdoor heated pool and a 71 square meter wellness area, "recently completed and featuring a lounge area, fitness, a freestanding round bathtub, an Italian shower, toilets, a sauna and a hammam," it is detailed. Ziyech’s manor has direct access to the lake thanks to a private jetty. It also has a garden with terraces and a large garden with a pool.
Hakim Ziyech played for Ajax from 2016 to 2020, before joining Chelsea. Last summer, he joined the Turkish club Galatasaray on loan with an option to buy. His contract with Chelsea expires in 2025.
