Moroccan Star Amine Harit Secures Loan Deal to Stay at Marseille Ahead of World Cup

Moroccan international Amine Harit can breathe a sigh of relief. After several weeks of uncertainty about his future, the player will ultimately remain at Olympique de Marseille, while rumors were sending him to England and Turkey.
A few months before the World Cup in Qatar, Amine Harit remains at OM on loan with a purchase option, the Phocaean club announced in a press release, which however does not specify the details of the transaction.
The Moroccan’s future was uncertain, with Schalke 04 having made it clear to him that he was unwanted and had to find another club willing to pay his (high) salary.
Last year, just hours before the end of the transfer window, several OM players had agreed to lower their salaries to allow the club to recruit him.
