Moroccan Soccer Stars Train at Home During Saudi Arabia Lockdown

Moroccan internationals Abderrazzak Hamdallah and Nouredine Amrabat, confined in Saudi Arabia, receive their training program by email from the club’s technical staff.
Like their colleagues quarantined in Europe, Abderrazzak Hamdallah and Nouredine Amrabat, members of An-Nasr, are confined to their homes in Saudi Arabia after being released by their club due to the spread of the coronavirus.
The two teammates, although confined, must continue training to maintain their physical condition. The two Moroccan players scrupulously follow these programs received electronically.
In their Saudi club, the players are also invited to respect a very strict and balanced diet.
Pending the return to training, the An-Nasr club is taking advantage of the confinement imposed on the country by the authorities to ensure the disinfection of its playing and training areas.
