Moroccan Soccer Fans Left Stranded at CAN 2019 After Travel Agency Scam

Supporters of the "Atlas Lions", who thought they had planned everything, realized, upon arriving in Egypt and wanting to attend the "Lions" matches, that they could not attend anything at all. They would have been duped by travel agencies.
Many Moroccan supporters were unable to access the stadium to attend the "Lions" matches, even though they had paid for it through travel agencies. Le360 titles its article on this subject: "Moroccan fans cheated by travel agencies".
Some supporters even had "VIP" passes. And, instead, they were only allowed in the third category stands, as they were barred from accessing the boxes, according to the same media, which is based on an article in Al Ahdath Al Maghribia. All "VIP" supporters would have been victims of the same situation. Indeed, Le360 writes: "All VIP supporters were not admitted to the boxes, but to the third category stands". But, we must obviously doubt this somewhat.
The media gives the example of a Moroccan woman who spent 18,000 dirhams, including the round-trip flight between Casablanca and Cairo, a room in a classified hotel, and a VIP entry ticket for the Morocco-Namibia match.
But, in the end, no box for this supporter who, therefore, decided to file a complaint against the travel agency that, in the words of the same source, "cheated" her.
