Moroccan Soccer Club Demands Investigation into Racist Incident and Coach Misconduct

The racist remarks, the insults of Tangier officials, directed against the Burkinabe player Issoufou Dayo, as well as the "reprehensible" behavior of coach Driss El Mrabet, are not to the liking of the members of the Renaissance Sportive de Berkane. They made it known on Friday, through a press release, at the end of which they call on the federation to open an investigation.
The first reproach is addressed to the coach of the Strait club, who, as a sign of protest against a refereeing decision, dared to remove his jersey, thus degrading the image of a coach, especially since the match was broadcast live.
In addition to this reprehensible behavior of Driss El Mrabet, the members of the RSB also disapprove of the racist remarks of the IRT player, Tarik Asstati, directed against their Burkinabe central defender Issoufou Dayo, aggravated by the insults of members of the administrative management and people on the bench.
All these serious acts have led the Berkanis to invite the federation to "open an investigation into this incident and severely punish those who spread the culture of hatred and racism in the stadiums". Thus, all eyes are turned to the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and its Disciplinary Commission.
