Moroccan Singer Saad Lamjarred Allegedly Proposed to Assault Victim, Reports Say

The Moroccan pop star Saâd Lamjarred is said, according to certain sources, to have asked one of his alleged victims to marry him after assaulting her.
We can read on Mediapart: "From reliable sources, we have learned that the Moroccan singer had asked one of his victims to marry him a few minutes after assaulting her". The blogger claims that this would be to absolve himself, a bit like in Morocco, and this possibility disappeared in January 2014 by an amendment of the parliament, where a rapist could marry his victim to avoid prison.
The latter indeed affirms: "As surreal as it may seem, in Morocco, until not long ago, the law of the country under certain conditions allowed a rapist to escape prison by marrying his victim, a salutary solution for the perpetrator but experienced as a double sentence for the victims".
This request would have "surprised" and "horrified" the victim, still according to the same source who does not indicate which victim it is nor why this information is not public nor explains the other possible reasons for this marriage proposal if it were true.
