Moroccan Singer Latifa Raafat, 53, Reveals Pregnancy on Stage in Agadir

"I am very moved by the fact that my fans and my audience express their joy at my pregnancy. I ask them to pray for me," Latifa Raafat responded to journalists who wanted to know more about her pregnancy.

The singer has obviously received congratulations from several fans. However, some Internet users have sent her mocking messages and insults. This in no way diminished her joy. "Usually I don’t respond to insults, but when it becomes an attack on my dignity, I allow myself to respond," she said.

Apparently, she doesn’t care about her detractors. "I divorced in 1994 and remarried, and that’s something few people know. I’m not obliged to share my personal life, and it’s my right. Some even say that at this age I can no longer get pregnant. God has given me a gift. Whether they say negative things or not, I can’t refuse it," she adds.
