Moroccan Singer Khadija El Bidaouia’s Cancer Spreads, Chemotherapy Halted

Nawal, the daughter of singer Khadija El Bidaouia, announced that due to the spread of the lung cancer from which her mother is suffering, the doctors have decided to stop chemotherapy.
The cancer that the popular singer has been suffering from for years has spread to her ribs and head, depriving her of any chance of a possible cure. According to Nawal, Khadija El Bidaouia is only living with painkillers due to the complications of her mother’s illness, reports Al3omk.
She also confides that the Ministry of Youth and Culture had financially assisted her at least last August in order to cope with the high costs of chemotherapy treatment, thanking the campaign launched on social networks and the support provided by artists. Despite all these efforts, the cancer has progressed rapidly and her condition has deteriorated in recent days.
