Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma Denies Police Summons in ’Hamza Monbebe’ Case

The Moroccan star, Dounia Batma, felt the need to deny all the information about her summons by the police services for her alleged involvement in the "Hamza Monbebe" case.
Batma said in an interview with the Al Arabiya channel that her reputation has been tarnished, following the defamatory statements published on virtual accounts and Moroccan news sites. She trusts the Moroccan justice system and King Mohammed VI to clear her honor.
She added that she has initiated three proceedings against news sites accusing them of denigration and false accusations.
"I am a Moroccan artist who represents her country outside the motherland, decorated by the Sovereign with two insignia. I could never make such a mistake; I always think of my king, my homeland and my family, before taking a step," she confided.
