Moroccan Real Estate Giant Alliances to Build 9,900 New Homes Nationwide

The real estate group, Alliances, led by Alami Lazraq, has launched 6 new projects involving the construction of more than 9,900 housing units, nationwide.
All the projects launched in 2018 by the Group are progressing according to plan and will contribute significantly to its results as early as 2020. It is not only in Morocco that Alliances is succeeding in the field of real estate.
According to Infomédiaire, in Cameroon, the turnkey construction project for 8 hospitals, 800 housing units and the renovation of 3 technical platforms saw the first deliveries take place in 2018, for a total and final delivery scheduled for the first half of 2020.
The site reports that this significant reduction in net debt reflects the Group’s return to sound fundamentals and a solid financial structure with a gearing, or debt ratio, of 39% as of June 30, 2019.
Indeed, the Group’s net debt showed a decrease of 320 MDH in the first half of 2019. It decreased by 860 MDH over the last twelve months to stand at 2.2 BMDH as of June 30, 2019.
