The Moroccan real estate developer, Alliances, will build the new headquarters of the Conseil de l’Entente, in the Plateau district of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

The Moroccan group, Alliances, has signed a contract for the construction of the new headquarters of the Conseil de l’Entente. Youssef Kabbaj, Deputy Managing Director in charge of international affairs of the real estate group, recently made this announcement during a press briefing.

It is the realization of a "R+20" tower on a 2,088 m² plot for a total investment of around 36 billion CFA francs. The entire program will cover 32,600 m² of built-up area, divided into offices, shops and restaurants, as well as parking and technical premises.

"We are involved in the entire value chain, from defining the client’s needs, programming, studies and turnkey construction. This is the type of project we want to replicate throughout the region," commented Youssef Kabbaj.

"We are already considering plots in Abidjan and other countries in the sub-region," concluded the Deputy Managing Director of the Alliances real estate development group.

Created on May 29, 1959, the Conseil de l’Entente is a sub-regional organization, primarily of an economic nature, which brings together Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Niger and Togo.
