Moroccan Pop Star Salma Rachid Pauses Career for Motherhood, Plans Album Return

The young Moroccan music star, Salma Rachid, has announced that she wants to put her career on hold for a few months in order to take care of her baby.
Between her music career and her family life, Salma Rachid has made a choice, at least for the moment. The Moroccan singer intends to take a break for a few months in order to take care of her newborn, which will keep her far away from microphones and stages.
However, the singer has clarified that this choice is not final and will not have any impact on her music career. Salma remains strongly attached to her passion for music. As proof, the star announces the upcoming release of a new album containing songs in Moroccan and Egyptian dialects.
Regarding the success of the song "Njibek", a hit by Saad Lamjarred, Salma has paid tribute to this artist "for this beautiful song that has pleased Moroccans" and says she hopes he "will finally have the opportunity to return to Morocco and meet his audience that he has accustomed to beautiful things".
The young star says she has not yet chosen the name of her newborn, but plans to organize a celebration worthy of this happy event, as part of the baptism.
