Moroccan Actress Slams Singer’s Gold-Covered Video Amid Economic Struggles

In her latest clip titled "Wahya", Moroccan singer Salma Rachid appeared covered in gold leaves, provoking strong criticism from many Moroccans, including actress Loubna Abidar.
In reaction to the new look of singer Salma Rachid, actress Loubna Abidar harshly criticized her on Facebook. "It was claimed that gold is for gold! At a time when the Moroccan people are struggling with the dizzying rise in prices, this person has put gold leaves on her face and body, used for makeup and even edible, making us believe that she has achieved a feat to create a buzz."
"Neither voice, nor clip, nor face for which we should be ashamed!" writes the main actress of the film "Zine li fik".
A controversy to follow in these times.
