Moroccan Political Party Outlines Plan to Reclaim Ceuta and Melilla from Spain

After Ensemble pour la Catalogne chaired by Carlos Puigdemont, former president of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the Istiqlal Party (PI), it is the turn of the Party of Progress and Socialism (PPS) to call on Morocco to recover Ceuta and Melilla. The subject will be discussed at its next congress.
One of the topics on the agenda of the eleventh national congress of the Party of Progress and Socialism (PPS) scheduled for next November is the recovery of Ceuta, Melilla and the neighboring islands. A roadmap has been drawn up in this direction. "The position of the PPS is based on principles and consistencies concerning the occupation by Spain of the Moroccan cities of Ceuta, Melilla and the neighboring islands. [...] "The territorial integrity of Morocco will not be complete without the recovery of its northern outposts," it can be read in the document.
The PPS indicates the conduct to be followed to meet this challenge. "It supports the conduct of a serene dialogue between our country and Spain, in order to put an end to this occupation, in accordance with the logic of good neighborly relations, and taking into account the partnership and the distinguished relations that must subsist between the two countries for the benefit of the Moroccan and Spanish peoples."
