Moroccan Police Officer Found Dead in Hotel Room Amid Mental Health Concerns

A policeman committed suicide in Nador. His lifeless body was found in a hotel room in Al Aroui.
The deceased was on duty in the city of Nador. The man suffered from psychological disorders, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
According to the first elements of the investigation, he took advantage of his annual leave to take refuge in a hotel room and hang himself using the cable of an air conditioner.
An investigation conducted by the judicial police of the regional district of the Nador security department was opened to determine the exact circumstances of his death. His body was evacuated to the morgue of the Al Hassani hospital for an autopsy.
