Moroccan Navy Intercepts Drug Boat, Arrests 3 Spanish Suspects in Northern Coast Operation

A new anti-drug operation in northern Morocco has led to the arrest by the Royal Navy of three Spanish nationals, or at least holders of Spanish identity documents.
A source quoted by the 2M channel indicates that a go-fast suspected of drug trafficking was intercepted on Thursday in the M’diq region during an operation carried out by the Royal Navy.
And to add that the go-fast refused to comply and "tried to collide with the Moroccan coast guards, which forced the Royal Navy unit to disable the three 350-horsepower engines of the go-fast before immobilizing it". The method used to immobilize the boat was not specified.
On board, the soldiers found 30 jerrycans containing about 900 liters of gasoline. The three individuals were handed over to the Royal Gendarmerie for further investigation. It is not known whether any drugs were found in the go-fast.
